IPI

IPI is an innovation catalyst that creates opportunities for enterprises to grow beyond boundaries.

As a subsidiary of Enterprise Singapore, IPI accelerates the innovation process of enterprises through access to its global innovation ecosystem and advisory services. With a strong belief that innovation is key to enterprise growth, IPI provides enterprises with access to innovative ideas and technologies. It also facilitates and support enterprises' innovation processes, including commercialisation and go-to-market strategies.

Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS)

IPOS International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) whose mission is to catalyse industry and enterprise growth by providing intangible asset (IA) and intellectual property (IP) expertise.

IPOS International houses over 100 IP experts who help answer companies’ IA/IP questions and assist them in their IA/IP management journey in areas such as IP strategy and management, patent search and analysis, and IP education and training.

Banque publique d'investissement (Bpifrance)

Bpifrance, the French public investment bank. It finances and supports companies at every stage of their development, providing credit, guarantees, innovation aid and equity capital. In doing so, Bpifrance supports public policies conducted by the State.

Bpifrance supports them in their development, ecological and energy transition, innovation and international projects.

Bpifrance also provides export financing in the name and on behalf of the State.

Centre for the Development of Technology and Innovation (CDTI) 

The Centre for the Development of Technology and Innovation (CDTI) is a public business entity, belonging to the Ministry of Science and Innovation. CDTI fosters the technological development and innovation of Spanish companies. It manages public funding tools to support domestic and global R&D&i projects of Spanish companies. The aim is to improve the technological level of Spanish companies.

DLR Projektträger

The DLR Project Management Agency advises ministries, science organisations, associations, foundations and the European Commission on strategies and programmes. We implement funding programmes, support knowledge transfer and encourage international cooperation in all areas from education, health, society, innovation, technology, environment and sustainability. The division “European and International Cooperation” is responsible for the EU programmes as well as bi- and multilateral programmes including cooperation with Singapore e.g. through Eureka and Eurostars.

Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG)

The Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) is the national funding agency for industrial research and development in Austria. 

FFG funding schemes play an important role in generating new knowledge, developing new products and services, and enhancing competitiveness in the global marketplace. They make it easier, or possible, to finance research and innovation projects, and help to absorb the risks involved in research. The FFG supports international networking and encourages careers in science.

Innosuisse - Swiss Innovation Agency

Innosuisse accelerates the transfer of knowledge from research to industry and helps innovations and start-ups to achieve a breakthrough on the market.

As the Swiss Innovation Agency, we strengthen the competitiveness of Swiss SMEs and start-ups by funding national and international innovation projects.

By doing so, we contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of Switzerland.

Innovate UK

Innovate UK is the UK’s national innovation agency. We support business-led innovation in all sectors, technologies and UK regions. We help businesses grow through the development and commercialisation of new products, processes, and services, supported by an outstanding innovation ecosystem that is agile, inclusive, and easy to navigate.

Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology (JSTD)

The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology (JSTD), is responsible for the scientific and technological development of the Jiangsu Province, as well as supporting the province’s plans for foreign affairs and international cooperation relating to science and technology.

Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS, MŠMT in Czech)

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS, MŠMT in Czech) is responsible for public administration in education, for developing educational, youth and sport policies. It is also the Central Administrative Office Responsible for research and development ensuring mainly:

a) the preparation of the priorities in the form of the National Research Programme;

b) the preparation of the National Research and Development Policy of the Czech Republic in accordance with international treaties; 

c) the implementation of the priorities of research in the areas that are not within the scope of the activities of the providers in the form of ensuring parts of the National Research Programme;

d) the preparation of the legal regulations on research and development and the evaluation of the consequences of other legal regulations on research and development;

e) international cooperation of the Czech Republic in research and development, including meetings with the organs and institutions of the European communities and the individual member states active in research and development.

Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency is a government agency which operates under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. Its activities are commissioned by the various Dutch ministries and the European Union.

RVO supports entrepreneurs (start-ups, SMEs, large companies) and organisations, including knowledge institutes and NGOs. We aim to facilitate entrepreneurship, improve collaborations, strengthen positions and help realise national and international ambitions with funding, networking, know-how and compliance with laws and regulations.

RVO supports R&D collaborations with organisations from Singapore in Eureka, in particular Eurostars and the Eureka clusters ITEA4 and Xecs.

Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM) 

The Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (SCTSM), under the Shanghai Municipal Government, is responsible for the scientific and technological development of the city of Shanghai, as well as for supporting the cooperation of domestic and international institutions regarding science and technology.

Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Committee (SZSTIC) 

The Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Committee (SZSTIC) is responsible for implementing innovation-driven development strategies and promoting scientific and technological innovation of the city of Shenzhen. The SZSTIC also supports scientific and technological exchanges with foreign countries and open cooperation in innovation capabilities.

Singapore Israel Industrial Research and Development Foundation (SIIRD)

The Singapore Israel Industrial R&D Foundation (SIIRD) is a co-operation between the Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the Israel Innovation Authority to promote, facilitate and support joint industrial R&D collaboration between Singapore-based companies and Israel-based companies across different industries.

SIIRD seeks to promote research and development in Singapore and Israel by helping Singapore-based and Israel-based companies with R&D Partner Search, and providing up to US$1M in funding for joint R&D projects or pilot projects between them.

Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology (ZSTD)

The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, under the Zhejiang Provincial Government, is responsible for the scientific and technological development of the Zhejiang province, as well as the formulation and implementation of international cooperation plans and exchanges in science and technology.
